Sorry about the weird sound quality on this one. Hopefully it's not too distracting.

  • He's probably one of my favourite voices ever. Keep it up, Jim!

  • great job. Love those song!!

  • Again, thanks for sharing. Just wondered how many in the audience in NC (North Carolina?), could understand the words he sings?

Or do you all see past the language barrier?

Whatever the answer, very good of you to share this! Big Ta!

  • Well done! It's nice to hear an audience so appreciative, too.

  • Beautifully done! For anyone who is wondering- he doesn't have a lisp!

  • I shall then my man! Will report back later.

  • DonegalRaymie... try the version by the OLD BLIND DOGS too ... the song is an Aberdeenshire Song, and OBD's are an Aberdeenshire band.. The version on Youtube still has Ian Benzies singing.. and he was awesome. give it a go. Jim's version, like Dick Gaughan's, is great too. ;o)

  • Jim is the best harmonica player out there. Not to mention he has a great voice and can play well. And his soul is in it. GO JIM

  • wonderful!
