Got a Panasonic plasma recently, not impressed. I get dark areas were menus have been whilst playing games. Say you get a health bar that is in the same place all the time, if you look at that area later with a solid colour, for example a green test pic, you can see were the menu was as there is a dark strip. Mine is a 2011 plasma that is suppose to have all this amazing no burn tech build it.
Been gaming on mine since my last comment two years ago, and no damage! I play a lot of reach and mw 2 and 3. Gonna buy a newer, bigger plasma after I buy my first home.
hahaha 3000 hours to cause irreversible burn in XD.... so if your watching tv on your plasma its cool... when you play games on it turn it off when you pause the game and just never leave your computer showing on the plasma whenever you are not watching tv on it or playing games its not to difficult to do
Thanks for the video. I have a TC-P46s1 and I am at the 100 hr. mark. I started to play MW2 which displays static images for 15 minutes and a break for 2 minutes between every game. I have IR on the bottom left corner. White bar isn't helping. I've played for about 6hrs. with white bar scroll every 2 hrs. What else can I do? When is it safe to play on "game" settings? Shoud white bar scroll be ran at high contrast and brightness? Thanks...
adamr113, the pixel orbiter shifts the image periodically, it is not a screen saver. Every 1 2 3 or 4 minutes it shifts the image. Or automatic it will do it when it feels it needs to.
