this is a late response and i agree with u. but their just working more on explosion of the ball. and besides their all massive men haha. so its kinda tough and coaches know this so its awesome being one of the fat men :) hahahaha

@snazzabop look it might seem this way but i was there i did this i took a bama football camp experience first hand doing exactly what they do and its no where near easy

i'm not an offensive lineman, but at my school the ol has to push the sled across the field for at least twenty minutes every offensive practice. now that's what i call tough shit
