Sony Vegas: How to make AMAZING Intros + Twitch/Wiggle effects!

when i watch these tutorial video's, they quickly start up sony vegas and mine takes forever! so im just like: "WWWWAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIII­IITTT!!!!!!!!!!!"
