in theory yes. :( most of the ham equipment i find online is way to powerful and expensive.
(i found a RF transmitter at Frys for $35 but it only transmits 300ft)(it has a small antenna, like on RC cars)how do i boost the signal from a device like this.--thanks

Rf out is a connection on the back of a vcr, dvd or combo. And The booster, Stores that sell general electronics parts may have them Remember, HIGHER THE GENERATION, HIGHER THE AVAILABILITY.
