It is from Imperial Armour, so you can use it in 40k as well as apoc.
Its usefulness really depends how many points it costs and what the rules are (and how much it costs).
A landing craft dropping a large(ish) squad of TH/SS termies at the foot of your titan/gargant could really put a downer on your day ;)

it has a name similar (In imperial Armour 8, no rules yet) i think it would be a good model though seeing as their isn't a model or art for it.
