OoT: Rainbow Bridge Text Skip

Drop a fish, and catch the fish while entering the cutscene. The text from the scene will be overridden by the Fish text.

This saves 2 whole fucking seconds, if you do it right.

Also, if you notice, the fish was actually duplicated and remained on the bridge, flopping in slow motion. Weird shit.
