Another timeless classic - so stimulating, so soothing and so fresh that many may be astounded to know that the very recording was released in 1964 (47 years ago)!!! Most of ttoday's stuff that people call music is often lucky to survive a few weeks and listeners get bored stiff. Can someone please upload Herbin' by Herb Ellis (Man with a Guitar) and/or Cambridge Blues by Mitchell 'Booty' Wood?
Thanks for upload, but this track is not from Grant Green's "His Majesty" record but from "Up with Donald Byrd" 1964 session. The guitar player is Kenny Burrell. There's also Herbie Hancock, Bob Cranshaw, Grady Tate in the rhythm section as well as vocal group Donald Byrd Singers.
i wonder if The Black Keys got their idea for "Tighten Up" from this wonderful piece...

So beautiful...
I (just) wish someone would make it possible so that we could request Green/Byrd versions of ANY songs!
