Family of the local man police said was trying to develop child porn pictures at a Wal-Mart kiosk and family of the girl involved believe the charges are unfair.
Brian Rozema was busted after police said he tried to print child pornography at a Wal-Mart in Palm Bay, WESH 2 News reported.
His mother, and the grandmother of the 10-year-old girl in the pictures, both agree that Rozema doesn't deserve the charges against him.
"It's not fair," Rozema's mother said.
Rozema's mother, who said she didn't want her identity revealed, said she wanted to set the record straight about her son, who is charged with 122 counts of child pornography, 13 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation and four counts of sexual battery of a 10-year-old girl.
"He didn't rape her, he didn't have sex with her. That didn't happen," his mother said.
