Circulation pump with adjustable flow rate fitted with reactor.
½ Hp Gear motor for stirring with three different change abele stirring blades, stirring speed 10-300 RPM. Inverter speed control and speed display.
Sample and bottom drain valves.
S.S Filter Sieve assembly 100 or fine Mesh fitted with out let valves.
Vent valve for pressure release.
Valve Connection for gas cover on vessel top as needed.
Monomers, Ingredients, Co Monomer and Water dosing 5 Liter capacity tanks two in No. with manual and automatic dose adjustable precise feeding pumps.
Washing/Polymer storage tank 20 L.
Solid input port with cap.
Light arrangement for material inspection in the vessel.
Vessel top plate with sensor ports and shaft coupling to attach gear motor.
Glass window at side of reaction vessel.

Ceramic wool insulation of exterior of vessel covered with S.S. 304.
