my acne stays like for 2 weeks but even afther that there stay some purple places on my face that can easely stay for 2 months :o . the acne comes up Veeerrryyy slow but it goes away even slooooweeer . so the acne grows little by little on my face ;o. The weird thing is that this is only in the winter. In the summer my face gets back fresh and nice in a few weeks ;o

Great video!!! I used a product from the UK called Teenage Dream by Mama Nature. It has been a revelation for me. It contains natural oils which you would think would make your skin more oily but amazingly it does the opposite. It doesn't dry your skin out though and it gives it a nice feel. It is expensive ($37 including shipping from the UK) and it made my acne worse at first but then it got better and now it is gone. AWESOME PRODUCT. A friend has had similar results. I am spreading the word.

just go to the doctor trust me, it's not about the food or what u eat it's your hormone inside. Your doctor will give u either creme or tablettes and it will help u. I had the same problems over 4 years,

maybe that what the lady is showing , wil hold for about 2 month but it will come back !!

These are pretty good tips, though some really important factors on cleaning yourself from the inside were missed. Acne is not that hard to treat, when you figure out how.
