Nowhere in the report says it "PKK", this is about the kurdish autonomy government in northern iraq, which has been helped by international private security firms to combat Terrorists, not to train them. The scandal in the bbc report (if it's indeed from the bbc) is only, that Israel had pledged to not interfere with the kurdish autonomy, but that private firms had done it anyways.

This video can only be misunderstood the way the author wants it, if one does NOT view it. View it!
