  • He sounds enormously healthy. EC is an amazing human - complex, gifted, talented, reconciled and hopefully happy. (can you tell I'm a fan?). God bless - keep on growing and giving, man!

  • 1:10 "Why are you still alive?"

1:15 Clapton gives him the "Deathly Stare", like, well, sorry to disappoint you.

  • @mmg1123- I don't trust this man. If he were my neighbor I

would spit on him. Do you know how many young people

followed his exampled and got into heroin? Thousands? Eric

claims he wrote Tears In Heaven for his dead boy out of grief.

Yet, do you know there's a old movie of him working on this

song YEARS before Conner died. Also troubling is that while

many wealthy people would have traditionally donated the

proceeds of this song to a children's charity, Eric instead

    kept it all.

  • @TwoUselessLegs well i read his book and pattie boyd and their stories are the same....for the most part. Eric says in his book that some memories are foggy and he had to talk to other ppl about details. Also the time that he was a heroin junkie was a few years and his book barely goes into that other than that he and his gf would stay at his house and do drugs...there wasnt much more to remember.

  • @TwoUselessLegs dude, fuck off. do insult clapton. you will never reach and understand what he does.

  • shit! that reporter DOESN'T shut up!! one to one my ass.

  • ive never liked this interviewer.

  • eric clapton. your an inspiration to all of us

  • I wunder why nobody will ask him about his racial slurs in front of thousands in birmingham 1976, in 2004 he actually reaffirms his position on it hell they have crucified others for a hell of a lot less

  • @anthonythirteen - Read his book? Hell, I don't even

listen to his music. I only wish I WERE "deaf" when it

comes to his music. He's more of a business man now

than a musician. Besides, there is nothing less truthful

than an autobiography. Especially if that person was a

1960s heroin junkie! Christ, do you REALLY think this

guy remembers the 60's? Think about it. This is the guy

who would wake up in pools of his own vomit not knowing

where he was. Pfft! Yeah, I'm gonna READ his book!

  • @TwoUselessLegs No he's going deaf. Just like many other rock stars (e.g. Pete Townsend) who were exposed to loud music for too many years. Read EC's autobiography.
