i agree with getting a joint supplements... get B-L that stuff works, or something with glucosamine of HA. his knees look a little puffy not as flat but every horse is different. the joint supplements will help lube his popping cracking joints.
yep heard it, sounds just like it does when you have clicky joints.
have a look into supplements like milliesos said, and look into things like garlic, devils claw, oils, but If it doesnt happen all the time and he isnt sore he should be fine.
My TB does that in his neck, legs etc. its just like if you crack your back knuckles anything like that and it goes pop!

after about 10 times i heard it
i think its just like our knees the cartilage just moving, if hes 12 and not been lame it might just be his age.
about 6 horses at my yard have clicky fetlocks before they warm up when ridden, my filly has a locking back legs well both.
do you have naff? or and superflex suplerments?
how about codliver oil its really good and should help his joints now hes gettin older.
