I agree with what you said about the star, because any star cannot be applied to Baphomet. As for the Christmas tree, you don't have to worship a tree, you are partaking in the service that was done unto another god. Would youplace a Buddah statue in your home, even if you don't worship it? Probably not! So why put an Asherah tree in your home? God defines idolatry as much more than bowing to an idol, but also the things done for it as in endorsing to practices. (CONT)

Since Christ failed to show up for any of the Watchtower dates, JW’s altered their teaching to make his coming conveniently "invisible".
The Watchtower publications taught this 1874 date right up to 1929. The "Prophecy" book published in 1929, states on page 65,
"The Scriptural proof is that the second presence of the Lord Jesus Christ began in 1874 A.D."

This would be true if I actually worshipped my Christmas tree. There's a difference between tradition and worship. A symbol alone has no meaning, except what a person applies to it. If you believe that a star represents the demon baphomet, you're gonna shit bricks when you see the us flag.

@streetwolfe But Christ was not born on that day, so that would telling a lie, and lying is a sin. Christmas is a Pagan (heathen) celebration, so why mix it with Christianity when the Bible says not to?
