@Sean211 That is his passion. He lives for tornadoes. And if you ask any storm chaser, no two tornadoes are the same. Reed Timmer gets extremely close to tornadoes, and sometimes he gets inside them. A tornado's path is extremely unpredictable. It can lift up and come back down, even take a 90 degree turn. That is why he will sometimes yell. Imagine being about a football field length away from a tornado, and all the sudden it turns toward you. I think you would yell also.
