Epidemic on the loose!

There is a crazy epidemic sweeping the country; and its name is TSS (Tax Stress Syndrome). I kid you not...kid. This year, millions of taxpayers will feel the effects of TSS when they sit down to file their taxes. The first step to battle this sickness is education. So, I've made a symbolic reenactment of what happens when innocent taxpayers contract TSS. In this video, I represent the taxpayer, and my car represents my tax form, and the cold weather represents the cold weather, and the trash dumpster represents the IRS.
