I was working in Seaford one day and thought, "hey why don't I catch a train?" So I headed for the train station to wait, the local shifter was working and I caught them on the branch line to Maryland. Now I have photographed and filmed trains in Millsboro, Seaford and Harrington and no-one has complained before, well today was different. Of course it also reminded me of another time I was in Harrington when a NS employee told me to stop taking pictures, I thought he was joking! I stayed off property for most of the time, I know it is illegal to be on RR property. I was parked along the right-of-way at the intersection of Ross Station and Conrail Roads when I was again told no more pictures, and I should not have been that close to the tracks but, what is wrong with someone taking pictures? I am not a terrorist and mean no harm to the RR! So I will not railfan in Seaford or Harrington again!

I was told the same thing Delmar. But if you can railfan the MDDE, they are the most friendliest people. Railfanning the MDDE in Seaford is fine, I do it whenever I'm in town. The MDDE doesn't care if you railfan them or not, just as long as you don't get in their way, of course.
