It looks so good, but i have a question, im from Peru and i would like to know if the carrots and peas are precooked or not?

looks like an excellent recipe, but just a suggestion: perhaps you could say what you're doing as it goes along, either with voice commentary or text please ;)

Thanks for the comment TheCrimsonGenesis the reason I don't do voice commentary is because the recipe is supplied with every video. Just go to the about this video box on the upper right hand side of your screen and simply press more. That link takes you directly to the recipe on my blog. Enjoy!!!
