STANCE
This video is about two different stances called FORMAL & INFORMAL that can be used in Indian Club Swinging.

Informal Stance
The informal stance encourages fluid movement and a relaxed posture.
The informal stance is ideal for beginners, moderate and intense training.

Formal Stance
The formal stance eliminates the opportunity to counter balance using your body, as described in the informal stance.
