Chipmunks - The Chipmunk Song (Rare Version/Alt. Lyrics)

This is a rare, updated version of the infamous Chipmunk Christmas song, only found on a few of the greatest hits albums that were put out.

The difference in this version compared to the others is that instead of David yelling at Alvin for his "flatness", the song does a bit of fanservice with Alvin getting somewhat restless that he's yet to actually GET that hula-hoop that he's been asking for, and he wants to ask for something new (only the lack of a hula hoop keeps him from doing so). Kind of poking fun at the staying power of the song, and he gets a special present at the end of the song.

Oh, and since this version was made for the 80's version of the show, the song's music was redone, and it features the voices of the 80's cartoon.
