this is probably the most useless question ever, but some guitarists barre the top two strings when playing chords like this and some barre the top three so that you can just remove the middle finger to switch from major to minor. what is this guy doing? or what did hendrix even do?

@jimicolors Yer, but how do you use the thumb, as l cant. Must be because my thumb isnt very long. Also, have you used the Digitech Hendrix pedal yet. Would love for you guys to come down under for some gigs

And one more thing: Jimi Hendrix had a double-jointed thumb which enabled him to (easier) play chords the 'incorrect' way.
