OMG you gotta have a strong back to lift that heavy thing. It nearly kills me when I pick my basset up.

just like how I used to do with mine. But now he has a lot of back pain, so I avoid to pick him up as much as possible. But I used to do this little filp to carry him with the belly up. They look so cute in this position!
