  • Andy you dont fancy discussing this subject anymore?

You make lots of videos about why christianity is valid yet you ignore counter-arguments.

    Thats not very constructive?

  • I'm working on it.

I would say that Adam and Eve did not live without suffering. After they ate from the tree they lived in a world of suffering just like us. It wouldn't be very fair to allow them to suffer in a sinless world.

Not sure about placing the tree out of their reach. I'll have to do some more research. But I believe God gave Adam and Eve all the sense and ability not to let the snake influence them. Whether or not they would actually use it is another matter.

  • 'Adam and Eve did not live without suffering. After they ate from the tree they lived in a world of suffering just like us'

    I said....

'do you think it fair that adam and eve got the chance to live without suffering and we don't?'

Before they ate from the tree they were given the chance.

'I believe God gave Adam and Eve all the sense and ability not to let the snake influence them'

Being omniscient, why would he do that knowing full well they would not use their sense?

  • Why should Adam and Eve have had to live with suffering before they sinned? They hadn't done anything wrong.

It's not God's fault that Adam and Eve were unable to resist temptation.

  • Your not stupid andy, if you looked at the story of adam and eve from an unbias viewpoint, you'd find it laughable.

you believe this yet you dont believe the prophet mohammed rode a white unicorn to heaven?

    both stories are equally pathetic

  • If scotzbhoy is unable to answer that, any other christians feel free to agree/disagree with me?

  • your right

  • If this is the case do you think it fair that adam and eve got the chance to live without suffering and we don't?

    Also if god is omniscient this means he must have wanted us to live in this world full of suffering and pain otherwise he would have done something to stop adam and eve eating from the tree;

Place the tree out of their reach

Not let the snake influence them

Give them enough sense not to believe the snake

    And so on. Your thoughts?

Thanks for the quick response btw =)
