Middle Seat columnist Scott McCartney discusses 2011's best and the worst airline for departures, lost baggage and pet deaths. American Airlines had a bad year, Alaska Airlines had a good year.
I can understand why AA was so poor - I travelled all across the States with them last year over 6 weeks and they were delayed many times and some (not all) of their customer service staff were clearly not up to the job and quite rude. Might try Delta next time - just won't take a pet lol.
Our nation as a whole is becoming more crooked. Our political leaders are less concerned about walking uprightly and seem unconcerned when their dishonest ways are exposed. It's no surprise that our airlines "lose" so much luggage. I haven't flown in years, because I want to keep my luggage.
Is it just me or does AA has airplanes from the year 1970?
