Intro to the 1963-65 anthology series with many big name guest stars. I have 55 of the 60 episodes made, including several theatrical versions and the one unaired episode. This series also included the pilot for the popular series Run For Your Life starring Ben Gazzarra.

  • I posted this opening title because I thought the music was the coolest of the two openings.

  • You watched just 2 episodes of about 60 and come up with that idiotic conclusion? You must have never seen much tv if you think this was the worst show of all time. What a moron.

  • Both these shows are on here in the Tampa Fl area,Suspense theater and Run For Your Life. I like Suspense Theater, but im not much for run for your Life. I watch ST every night at 11 on RTV

  • The entire race scene, race cars, cars crashing, everything is stock footage from Universal. It was all used in the film "The Killers" based on the short story from Ennest Hemmingway. The film was from 1964 and starred Ronald Reagon, (his last film) and Angie Dickenson and John Cassevetties. All filmed at Riverside Raceway in California.

  • This reminds me of the opening to Land of the Giants

  • @JonP1961 - On which network did you find it?

  • good stuff.

  • It was a summer replacement show , but I loved the concept and the show

  • Ed Herlihy {:27}- "'KRAFT SUSPENSE THEATER'.....starring Jack Kelly....and Kathryn Hays....in, 'Kill Me On July 20th'".

  • Hey, do you happen to have the episode "Streetcar, Do You Read Me?" with Martin Milner from 1965? I'd love to see it! Thanks

  • One of the most unusual episodes I saw of this series wa "Who is Jennifer" with Gloria Swanson and Brenda Scott. That was quite puzzling.

  • @dooktango

Saturday nights now, too. John Williams always has been a great composer!

  • @ForeverYoung58 You're absolutely right. The theme from the previous season was scarier than this. My parents were cool too. They always pretty much let me watch what I wanted to watch. Thriller, Alfred Hitchcock, Twilight Zone, Night Gallery and Chiller Theater(Pgh) were all favorites of mine.
