@dano2website It doesn't really RUIN it - he's meant to be beat before the Wall of Flesh, which leaves him as a challenge (except for people like myself who have fought him 20+ times :P)
Even with weapons like what I'm using here, the post-Wall of Flesh bosses are highly difficult. It's not OP, it's balanced :D

@t0rchicTerraria how many times do you need to kill the hard mode bosses to be able to craft the wings?

@ghughus None, you just have to kill Wyverns, which are mini bosses with 4000 hp. You have to kill ~3-4 Wyverns for 25 Souls of Flight, and they spawn where harpies do (1/3 from sea level up). Then you need 25 Souls of Light/Night from the Underground Hallow/Corruption, respectively, and 10 feathers from Harpies.
They are crafted at a Mythril Anvil.
