This is the moment the crowd recognise Gilmour on his promised one-off guest appearance for Roger's The Wall tour: Comfortably Numb at London's O2 12 May '11. 29 years and 329 days, according to Roger, since they last performed The Wall in London together. No introduction, but incredible, the crowd goes wild. A fantastic show, somehow made even better. (Joined by Nick Mason on stage at the end show). For more http://thedarksideofthemoon.co.uk/

  • And I wondered why Roger looks up first in the wrong place and adjusts. Answer: in the normal set with the band, the singing is in the middle of the wall - where he looks - and Dave is standing where Kilminster normally stands for the guitar work, and this is where Rog then turns to!

  • Fucking amazing!!!

  • You British people are the coolest crowd I've ever seen! :D

  • i think much of the magic in this song really lies in the interplay between waters and gilmour's voices. if you look at the " waterless" performance from pulse, or the times this song has shown up in solo tours ( whether " on an island " or the other " wall" shows, their is something missing when compared to this or the album or the original wall shows. the interplay of their voices is crucial to the impact of this song

  • @muntzmanj154 Same for me. David is the only guitarist in my entire life that has brought tears to my eyes with his music, over and over!
