Hasn't China been an Imperial dynastic Emperor type government for the past 5,000 years.

I don't know abuot you, but China is actually a million times more free than it has ever been at any point in history. Democracy... though has merits, will take a form of Chinese interpretation in line with her 5,000 years of Imperial rule... Multi-party democratic elections are OUT OF THE QUESTION.
