  • I really enjoyed this interview. I adore Bea Arthur's honesty.

Sometimes I get a feeling that when some other actors/actresses are commenting on their co-stars or whatever, there is an underlying sense of falsness about them, but it seemed to me that Bea's comments concerning her co-stars was nothing but the honest truth.

In fact the entire interview seemed that way to me which I think is just *so* refreshing and ever so lovely to hear.

Thanks for posting this. Muchly appreciated indeed. :-)

  • Her voice is Golden! You just listen to that incredible voice sail! Thank you so much for this posting. It's a treasure:)

  • @damone77 her voice just draws you in so much and she has such a presence....she could talking about pissing in a feild and it would be intresting

  • What I love about Bea is that the odds were against her making it at the beginning of her career. She didn't exactly look the part of a starlet. And then to peak in her early fifties. Beautiful. No one could deliver a line like Bea.

  • It was sad when she died she was truley one of the best I'm so glad I could watch her as she really was

  • was this her last Interview?

  • RIP BEA - luv you

  • Darling! because she's not interested.

  • why can't I meet her.

  • Love you, Bea!

  • I don't think Bea was speaking ill of Esther. I think she was just saying that she believed Esther to be more of a serious or dramatic actress as oppose to a comedian. They were both on the RuPaul show before Esther died and they seemed like they really liked one another.

  • It's also nice to see someone who's done good work not wrapping themselves in false modesty. More of that Bea Arthur honesty!
