The following is a list of tasks the college is required to complete:

--NYS OFPC - Building Inspections
--Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sprinkler inspections
--Monthly & Annual Fire Extinguisher inspection
--Weekly run test of fire sprinkler pumps (West Tower & Ford Whalen)
--Annual Fire sprinkler pump testing
--Quarterly fire drills
--Annual Fire Alarm system cleaning & testing
