Did you find out yet what caused your twitching?

I've just noticed that my middle finger trembles on my right hand, my left hand his fine, so I'm freaking out. I'm thinking old age, but I'm only 38, so it can't be that. This is bothering me tremendously.

IF IT HURTS WHEN YOU DO THAT, THEN STOP DOING THAT.
You are overworking your hands, while they beg you to give them a rest. Listen. Heal yourself.
1. Exercise. Stretch. Meditate. Do yoga. Go back to the gym.
2. Rest from the computer & texting on your phones.
3. Try changing your position, table & chair when typing.
4. Stop blaming, making excuses, & denying.
5. Prevent self prophesey (diabetes, carpul tunnel, etc.)
Medical co's are in business for $, not prevention.
Perfect healing.

I'm only 19 and have had that problem for years. At first I thought it was just poor circulation, but over time I noticed it just starting up for no reason. I am embarrassed when it starts up in front of people usually I just ball up my hand or stick them in my pocket. Mine isn't that bad, but it has been acting up more and sometimes it gets like that.

give NUCCA a shot. correction of primary disaffrentation and elimination of asymmetrical dural tension and compression can do wonders!

get your blood drawn. Check your CPK level

Did you find out what the diagnosis?
Did you find out what's causing it? How annoying! I get muscle spasms, and some eye twitching sometimes, but I've never had that constant twitching!

Thanks for your comment, Haiqin.
Unfortunately I haven't found out yet. This symptom began this summer, but I have experienced many other symptoms, that might point to MS. My neurologists have not been interested in taking MRI, lumbar puncture or any other tests.
My fingers don't usually twitch, when they are totally relaxed, unless they are tired of carrying something or holding a pencil. In the video I was trying to keep my fingers straight.
