Loco cart has frictional transmission - a weight presses little power wheels to a big dull wheel to make the latter rotate in reverse direction.
Though it was easy to build prototype it was extremely difficult to refine it enough to get to the finish.
In the middle of the work it was really monsterous: a lot of balancing wheels in the front and back, huge count of springs - and it's engine was still weak so it couldn't jump over the final springboard.
The final version you see is not so simple as it appears: in fact every power wheel is tripled so the cart is powerful enough to drag itself from a pit with zero initial speed (that was really a problem before I started duplication). And the front wheel is also tripled to provide additional balance (otherwise the cart overturn in the same case with a pit.

omg i get it now i tried this but this only a wheel on top of circle, it needs PRESSURE!

There's a weight over these wheels for pressure. Also it needs more friction - so every active wheel is tripled (there're 3 wheels having the same center and radius so friction and power are tripled).
