This was mainly filmed for my friend who kept bugging me to learn the song so we can play it together. Here, I did it, are you happy? I messed up once. But it was at the end and I was like "Oh hell no I'm not doing this again." And I screwed up the 30-second bridge, too, but I made it sound okay so I guess it's cool. I also didn't play the exact original part; I improvised pretty much from the bass solo on. This song is pretty badass, and you don't know how stoked I am to have been able to actually play it all the way through.

@guitgeo Why do all guitarists think they're the greatest musicians in the world? I play both guitar and bass, neither very well according to your discerning tastes, probably, and let me tell you something, they're very different instruments that require pretty different techniques. When you knock down your ego enough to put down that guitar and (god forbid) play a bass, then you can criticize me all you want.

How many times have you been discouraged when you were younger either by someone else or because of a daunting song? Probably never, since you're obviously such a prodigy. Sometimes I have to tell a student or students' parent that they are wasting their money on lessons. It's comes under the heading of honesty and fair play. It actually cost me money to turn them away. But by all means if they love it keep playing just don't throw away anymore money. So I say to you - you have no future as a musician but if it makes you happy have at it!
