@indigobeauty1 great tips. if i was talking to a lady and could sense that she is just polite but uninterested in me, should i hang around with her in conversation, or just politely cut it off and keep it moving. I approach alot of women and am respectful but i dont seem to be getting any results at least from the ones i am attracted to. if they arent physically attracted to me, that i can understand. but i dont think that is the case cause I attract tons of women that i am not attracted to.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
1) Be Confident (Posture, Eye Contact, Speak With Authority etc).
2) Act like you don't need them and make them prove themselves to YOU!
3) Make them feel comfortable (comfort comes before intimacy)
4) Demonstrate that you're a good provider & protector (easy ways to do this)

my opinion... eye contact, smile (not a grin, not a smirk) be concious of your body language, shoulders relaxed... Note though that different women have different prefferences in men. Some like aggresive ones, some like shy ones, play the slightly aggresive/neutral role. Don't come off as cocky.
