Wow! Absolutely shocking numbers man! Information like this needs to be brought out more to everybody, not just for awareness sake, but to take action against it.

@zethca Most of those 12,000 people were criminals themselves that just got themselves killed by being criminals. I think that your argument that taking the freedoms away from hundreds of millions of people in order to save a few criminals lives is silly. Those criminals would kill you for whats in ur pocket. Not to mention that a gun ban would in no way get guns away from those criminals. Gun bans leave U & me defenseless and make the criminals aware of it. More murders actually occur.

That's a pretty crappy argument IMO. That's 12,000 families destroyed, grieving mothers, etc etc. If banning guns reduced it by one I'd be for it.
