A protester standing in a dinghy was chained to a wharf buffer; thus preventing a bulk ship from loading woodchips sourced from a native forest in Western Australia. The 'million to one', refers to the ratio of the displacements (weight) of the ship to the dinghy.

  • @mrbluenun; DVDs including that clip were widely distributed and seen and contributed to the fall of the conservative State government and the adoption of a policy of no logging in old growth forest. If a clip goes onto Youtube, one is not alone.

  • Well, the two protesters should have realised they were very alone on their protest and it makes zero different to anyone. If perhaps the whole harbour had an influx of several thousand then the would have to listen, and completely stop unloading/loading.
