You are in disagreement with the part that sets aside the Supreme Court as the entity that ultimately decides Constitutional rulings. How the Supreme Court interprets the Constitution is FAR from irrelevant, my friend. It was so relevant to the Founding Fathers that they laid it all out very clearly so opinions like yours could not decide to do away with them. So, the ONLY legitimate interpretation IS made by the court.

Whether the Supreme Court disagrees or not is irrelavant as far as the interpretation of the Constitution is concerned; the only legitimate interpretation of articles is the one that was originally set forth: that the the ruling powers only derive their powers from the consent of the governed. I do only support the GOVERNMENT when it supports the only legitimate interpretation of the Constitution, which is very clear.

BTW: I am RIGHT-WING, and I DO believe that everyone should be a soldier.
