Hi guys,
Just wondering how one would work out after an injury? I fell while skating a few weeks ago and hyper-extended my elbow and my arm is in a sling. Not being able to use one of your arms to it's full capacity sucks. :(
How can I work out through it?

hey tone it up i love ur videos. i do lots of interval training using my own body weight. and sometimes run outdoors. i eat healthy aswell in terms of complex carbs and so on. But i just cannot seem to lose the fat around my belly? especially the lower abs area. i know you cant spot reduce. Its been the same size for ages and i really wanna get a flat tummy. plz help thanks :)

@ampkg we thought we were eating healthy too, and it turns out after all of our research we weren't! we were eating healthy foods, but we were eating the wrong foods at the wrong times :| thats when we decided to put together a program that spells out exactly which types of foods to eat at what times! So I generally run about 40mins a day. I want to start doing some resistance/strength training. For how long should I be doing this? 20mins? 30mins? Or does it depend on the exercise?
