Joker was actually testing the Batman on his heroism. He himself expected Batman to fail the test, but he probably didn't know himself.

IF Batman was a true hero and did what was best for Gotham, he would have got his reward; the girl he loves.

IF Batman turned out to be just a mere "man" and a "freak" he would lose everything. The girl and his dignity as the Gotham's "guardian."

However in the end, it's a lose-lose game he presented to Bat.

  • the joker is smart he knows the batman would want to go after rachel thats why he gave him the wrong address and he went to harvey dent which became a problem

  • no no one can the play joker better than Ledger sorry

  • Johnny depp could play the joker.. or collin ferrell just like the movie "the imaginarium thing.." jst sayng
