CRISPY FRIED PRAWNS
3 tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce
1 tsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
7-8 pc medium sized prawns
1 cup corn flour
Oil to deep fry
½ cup chopped Onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 spring onion to garnish
Method:
Coat each piece of prawns with corn flour, deep fry till cooked and crispy and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add onions and sauté for about ½ a minute. Add prawns, sauces, mix well and cook for further. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
