  • @aishahona1 Anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 is a good start. But even if you do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 before bed... it's always better than nothing : )

  • i can't go past the 2 minutes with this, and my leg muscles start to hurt so much, and i don't go too fast ,i lose about 12 calories and that's it lol
