i can't go past the 2 minutes with this, and my leg muscles start to hurt so much, and i don't go too fast ,i lose about 12 calories and that's it lol

Just got one of these things yesterday, My daughter doesn't like the stroller but she's too young to run around so going to the track is out. I need something I can do at home. Hope this works.

@aishahona1 Anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 is a good start. But even if you do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 before bed... it's always better than nothing : )
