actually, may mic kasi yang mga call center agents na pwedeng iswitch on/off.. kumbaga, pang-relieve nila ng stress kapag minumura sila.. sort of a back fighting thing.. it so happened na hindi nya naturn off.. tingnan nyo.. dineny nya na minura nya..kasi akala nya napatay nya yung mic.. (hahaha... todo explain?)
