@DontBeSadBeRadd They're just goofing around. I believe Quinto is trying to do Scottish and Pine is trying to do Russian.

Although I should mention you only got part of what Quinto said. If you listen closely, he says: "Tell Uhura that I love herrrrrr vageen!" and that's what makes Pine crack up and mutter "Her vageen?" before walking off screen. God, I love these bloopers. <3

Actually it seems rather clear that they're both trying Irish accents - but Quinto is good at doing it, and Pine fails.
