"Same Ole' Same Ole"

I don't know about you but I CANNOT stand it when people say that!

Life does not have to be the same old routine day after day after day, especially when the routine is such a negative experience!

Through my experiences I have learned first handily that in order to create the life you deserve and have earned through your diligence and hard work YOU MUST recognize life's cycles...

everything is a cycle some are short as a few minutes while others take years, my point is if you are getting the same results all the time take a look at the natural physical and psychological attributes associated with the cycle you are stuck in.

It is totally possible to do this and pin point the problem areas usually a thinking error.

Write down the events the lead up to the outcome and make the choice to change.
