Pen Tapping / Rap Verse / Keyboard

So I used the audio mixing program Audacity to combine a verse of lyrics I wrote, some table percussion, and some simple keyboard stuff. It could have worked out better but I'll settle with this.

Lyrics:
I'm tired of observing the world with my chin on the window sill
Writing "Waste" on a bin that the minutes fill
Getting chills, pondering what I may become
A lazy bum, sittin' sippin' on his daily rum
Maybe one day I'll get my thoughts organized
With seperate drawers for the pans pots forks and knives
Till then I order fries, mind absorbs the grease
And I don't know how to act like I dine at a foreign feast
And I'm poring each bottle into the wrong glass
A beast is defeatin what was keepin me on task
King Kong smashed the objects of my left brain
Now when I search for logic I get chest pains
Or a headache, give me some meds to take
Sometimes they help me but it's rare like a red steak
I sit and write in this chair untill the lead breaks
Something about the ink on the page that gets my head straight
So I don't sink into rage and throw a giant fit
The pen is the right outlet, the chord of my appliance fits
Defiance sits in the unused 90
Percent of my brain should I wait for it to find me
Or should I cast a line into the dark
Reel it in and gasp when I find a shark
Sportin' jagged teeth, I drag it to the beach
And teach it how to breathe and teach it to believe
Soon it sprouts wings and I mount singing
A tune, shouting "let's fly to the moon!"
We glide over roofs, cell towers and skyscrapers
Launched from the page, I smell power in lined paper
Why wait for the world to embrace me
Get up in its face and tell it why it shouldn't waste me
Erase these doubts, that shark I gotta find it fast
Cause I'm done with observing from behind the glass

Try using Mixcraft, should help with that generic sounding keyboard. You have skill for being able to make a beat and sing/rap at the same time. Your production skills just need a little work, over all good job though definitely a like.
