Did you hear it? Partial birth abortion is NEVER medically necessary. There has NEVER been one instance where killing a near-full-term human baby was in any way needed to save the life or health of the mother. It is murder, and Kagan wants no limits on it in any way. It's horrible. Thanks, Charmaine, for your clear testimony of the truth.

She's a well-recognized brilliant scholar and doctor. She does her research, and you'd have to work hard to prove her wrong. Not hot air from her. I hope people paid attention and will think again about putting such a terribly one-sided agenda-driven person on our Supreme Court - for the next 40 years or so. Surely Obama could have found someone more determined to be objective as a judge, which she is not even! (never has been a judge!) What insanity.

Obama is the night mare President. Kagan is a cerebral academic with ZERO experience on the bench, and has proven to be partial on all far left issues. Thankfully, Yoest has roasted her toast. The facts must Come Out about Kagan!
