@fruitikay Actually She IS a real Judge or rather WAS a real Judge before She got Her show but the point of the show is still to settle disputes and that once they are settled they sign the agreement that You mentioned that they wont go after the other Party once the decision has been made by Judge Judy!!

@ProductionWarehouse Well...she's not a real judge. This is a TV show. I think on all TV shows they have to sign a contract in order to participate, so they know that she isn't a "real" judge like in the sense of a real courtroom would be like.

@illtakeit1 The dogs weren't given to him for him to sell. They gave the dogs away for free to a good home to be taken care of. NOT sold. They didn't want them sold.
