@AnnoyingingeXD I can't tell you how in this small space however there are many alkaline forming foods available, also there are many explanations on how different foods formulate acids/alkaline in the body. to name a few foods> figs, cantaloupes, seaweed, kelp, celery, mangos, parsley, limes, some grapes, dates and more! check it out for yourself.
Asparagus, fruit juices, grapes (sweet), kiwifruit, passionfruit, pears (sweet), pineapple, raisins, umeboshi plums, and vegetable juices.

Could you please tell me how eating raw figs "keeps your body in the right alkaline range"? Because to me, that sounds like bullshit. The body is supposed to be neutral outside of the stomach, which is strongly acidic, and figs are neutral and have no effect on pH beyond plain dilution, which water would do much better anyway as fogs are mainly fibre and so will not be absorbed by the body when eaten.
