The excellent Quark AA2 by 4Sevens. This is my EDC flashlight. Very lightweight, very bright, uses double AA batteries. Costs around $60. Very worth it!!

  • Great review man. Could it double an an AR weapon light? Im looking for a light that can do both. I know thats a tall order.

  • @SnakeStrike77 Thanks man. I wouldn't recommend this for a weapon light because it is simply a little bit under powered for it. I am getting ready to do a review on what I use for a weapon mounted light. I use a Fenix TK15

  • what a terrible Olight t-25 rip off

  • @thekapow Ummm you do realize that O Light and 4Sevens are partners right.... its damn near the same exact thing. Very small differences between this and the T-25.

  • on the 4sevens website it says the aa2 tacs max out put is 205 for 1.3 hours

  • Thanks for the very thorough review. Looks like a great light. 4Sevens is a good quality light.

  • @dimis187 Yeah, me too! I haven't seen the 123 in person, but have heard great things. I have a lot of faith in all 4Sevens lights. I just got the Preon 2 for a smaller EDC and for looking into smaller spots when gunsmithing.

Jon - We are gonna get some flashlight holster sales moving here!

  • @usmcboyer

PhillyEDC isnt kidding that Quark 123 is ridiculously bright and if he hasnt made one yet hes gonna have to soon cause im probably gonna order one... get ready Jon lol

  • @usmcboyer That would be pretty cool. I think I could do it pretty easily, now that I have that MOLLE thing worked out.

  • @PhillyEDC The Preon 2 is great too. I will do a review on that someday as well. Have you ever made a holster for a flashlight? I think a holster that attaches onto molle webbing would be sick
